I provide free shipping on all unframed and framed orders shipping in the United States. Unframed prints ship within 5-7 business days and framed prints ship within 10-15 business days. Unframed prints are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Framed prints are shipped directly from Framebridge. A tracking number is provided to the email on file as orders ship.
Unframed prints can be shipped worldwide. The buyer is responsible for customs charges. Unfortunately, I do not ship framed prints internationally at this time.
I currently offer exchanges on prints if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. I am not able to offer returns on framed purchases, however occasional exceptions for refunds can be made on a case by case basis.
Please notify me ASAP at email@example.com of any problems or delays. I must receive exchange request within 14 days of delivery and item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If your order was damaged in transit, please send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
I provide a tracking number with every order. After the package is marked as “delivered” by the postal service, I am no longer responsible if it is lost or stolen. I can help you file a claim with the postal service, but will not offer a refund or replacement.
