FRAME INFO

UNFRAMED PRINTS: Printed on heavyweight Luster Photo paper with archival inks and come standard with a 1/2” white border unless a trim is specified in the notes at checkout. Prints are produced by a premier NYC Fine Art Printing Studio when the order is placed and are sent to me for quality inspection before shipping to you.

FRAMED PRINTS: I have partnered with Framebridge to give you the highest quality framing. Prints are available in the white Irvine Slim frame or black Mercer Slim frame, with or without a mat. All frames include hanging hardware.

8” x 10” print | frame w/mat 14.25" X 16.25" | frame only 9.5" X 11.5"

11” x 14” print | frame w/mat 18.25" X 21.25" | frame only 12.5" X 15.5"

16” x 20” print | frame w/mat 23.25" X 27.25" | frame only 17.5" X 21.5"

18” x 24” print | frame w/mat 25.25" × 31.25" | frame only 19.5" × 25.5"

24” x 36” print | frame size 25.50" X 37.50" (mat not available with extra-large frame)

30” x 40” print | frame size 31.50" X 41.50" (mat not available with extra-large frame)

PLEASE NOTE: Final print may differ slightly in colors viewed on your monitor to variations in computer monitor settings. Image crops vary slightly due to photo size ratios; crop shown is for 11” x 14” ratio. Unframed prints ship within 5-7 business days and framed prints ship within 10-15 business days.

 

SHIPPING INFO

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:  I provide free shipping on all unframed and framed orders shipping in the United States. Typically, unframed prints ship within 5-7 business days and framed prints ship within 10-15 business days. Due to COVID-19 there may be some delays in shipping. Unframed prints are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Framed prints are shipped directly from Framebridge. A tracking number is provided to the email on file as orders ship.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Unframed prints can be shipped worldwide. The buyer is responsible for customs charges - please email me at hello@tracyadavis.com to discuss shipping costs and charges. Unfortunately, I do not ship framed prints internationally at this time.

 

RETURN INFO

RETURNS: I currently offer exchanges on prints if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. I am not able to offer returns on framed purchases, however occasional exceptions for refunds can be made on a case by case basis.  

Please notify me ASAP at hello@tracyadavis.com of any problems or delays.  I must receive exchange request within 14 days of delivery and item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your order was damaged in transit, please send a photo to hello@tracyadavis.com within 7 days of delivery. 

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS:  I provide a tracking number with every order.  After the package is marked as “delivered” by the postal service, I am no longer responsible if it is lost or stolen.  I can help you file a claim with the postal service, but will not offer a refund or replacement.

CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
